I was wondering why it's been so quiet in regards to this show.
Hope this not another "My Brother and Me" situation where creatives just couldn't come to a consensus on how to progress the show and it's ultimately dropped.
Well it was good while it lasted. Leaving over creative differences is universally a bad sign.
Its Peacock’s biggest show. It’ll get its second season. I’m more worried about the actual QUALITY of the season

Finally on the second episode now and man this version of Carlton is way more of a sucker than the OG one ever was. Dude is insufferable but a very accurate portrayal of white washed white validation-seeking Black men.
Facts. Dude is a whole Nigerian but he sounds like a valley girl. The rest of the cast is great, and but he almost ruins the show.
