Bortles got a 28. Kap had a 38. You'll never hear about Kap's score though, just like you won't hear about Bortles' either.
Exactly. You also won't hear clowns like Montana talking about Bortles not being able to handle the QB position. You'll hear a lot of "he talent around him was bad" and "I'm rooting for this kid"
