It's very strange, and looks irresponsible on UKAD's part. How do you not notify Rivas' team about Whyte's adverse results before the fight? Also, why did you allow them to fight before completing the investigation that cleared Whyte's name? If this took half a year to investigate, they shouldn't have been fighting.
