Why he wanna do that again. Hopkins cleaned the floor with him the first time. Tarver is a good puncher but will never be a great boxer and he struggles against great boxers in the middle of the ring. He's already an afterthought. Fighting Hopkins again will make him completely obsolete.

I may be off, but if so, what was the elapsed time period? He was offered the 40 mil at the end of 2009. when did he agree to take the tests and they would be RANDOM? thats what I may be missing.

The "phone call was made" after that as a publicity stunt to make it seem as if Floyd was going out his way to get the fight made and pac kept declining..
So pretty much the time frame was this
Nov/dec 2009 negotiations broke down because of the blood testa cuttoff dates etc..
Nov/dec/jan negotiation broke down because Floyd switched to all Pac has to do is take the test to I cant less than 100% revenue

You right but when literally the only thing holding back the 1st fight was blood testing then when that man agreed to blood testing back in 2011 all your demands change it makes you wonder does he really want the fight??

Right, I read yesterday that they may use VADA, then read today that it was confirmed. Manny wants a test (maybe because he got the Holy Ghost recently?) but Bob dont want to do USADA because they "close" with GBP.
