Glad to see after Lucas Matthysse destroyed Peterson, alot of my fellow brehs are coming along and seeing that LM IS a legitimate beast, and not just some hype job.

im from the DC area, and was rooting for Lamont but I didnt understand where that hype came from either.I'm not taking anything away from Matthysse he ktfo a legit opponent not a soto, or Ajose, or Mike Dallas jr
He's Obviously wit Garcia as best at 140 N on September 7th we should find out who is the king of kings
Having said that I don't know where all the Peterson hype N Love was coming from....he didn't look all that special against Khan on PEDs with hometown cooking from the ref....he takes over a year off kos **** N people were saying he could beat anybody at 140, he's the best all around at 140, he's goin win the tourney

Good weekend of boxing. Jones/Lebedev fight was nice as hell. Dude finally ran into an old guy that he couldn't beat. 
Alexander is a very good fighter when he boxes aggressive and sits down on his shots. The thing is you don't get that version of Devon too often. He looks good like every other fight or some shyt. Last fight he looked impressive to me in was against Maidana. I'm not sure Khan could beat dude if they ever fight.
Mosley had a good fight with Cano. I don't know what's up with these young Mexicans (Cano and Canelo) but there stamina is shyt. nikkas be having struggle rounds trying to set a pace. Dude couldn't go to the 2nd gear once Shane stepped it up and fought behind him all night.
I been knew LM was a beast. He's a toss up against anybody at 140. I thought he could beat Peterson but not the way he did. That was a big win, fukk all that other shyt. Garcia has a tough fight on his hands. I feel it's 50/50, but I think Matthysse takes it. Garcia can box, but he doesn't have the footwork of a Judah or Alexander to get him out of the tough spots that will eventually happen. Garcia will live and die with the exchanges and that will be his undoing.

Peterson fought scared and got dropped...He looked really uncomfortable and had nothing behind his punches...
Still not on board the Matthysse hype train...Yes the dude can punch but I still see the same sloppy slugger that lost to Zab and Devon...He won't fair well at all against a dude who has a chin, isn't scared of him and can box...

Golden Boy Promotions is trying to make that anticipated fight for September 7th.

peterson actually boxed good in the first round. but then LM landed a couple good ass shots at the end of the first and from that point forward peterson was in survival mode. and maKNEEsay knew it...thats why he started goin for the kill in the 2nd. threw some sloppy punches but it's cause dude knew peterson couldnt do shyt. the problem with maKNEEsay is he throws all kinds of punches. looping. straight. wide. crisp. and from all different angles. most of these guys don't know what the fukk is coming. from that 2nd knockdown it looked like peterson was expecting a wide punch...thats why he stayed there and tried to counter. but maKNEEsay came with a firm ass left hook and destroyed him. and peterson's defense is much better than garcia's. the pace maKNEEsay is gonna force danny to fight at...I just can't see him lasting more than 6. dude's stamina looked like shyt vs judah.
