Floyd cant fight outside of Vegas bc thats the only state where he is ALLOWED to keep getting those shots in his hands that keep him from feeling the pain when his hand breaks during the fight.....its called Xylocaine.

Floyd as a lil nikka(far before ODH) resume was far deeper than Wards, not to mention he had already had proven his P4P lineage


Truthfully Ward hasn't done shyt up to this point, he's a ugly boring mauling fighter with decent boxing abilities and suspect power, he aint all that special.......................

Floyd helps get thousands jobs when its fight time, and according to the Mayor of LA he boasted on the weekend of Floyds fight the State usually brings in 1 billion dollars. Floyd runs Vegas is the reason why he fights there...............................
