He plans on making that fight if Haney re-ups with Top Rank. Devin has 1 fight left, no way Arum gives him the Loma fight with the possibility that he'll walk after.
If Devin re-ups, he'll get the Loma fight. If not, Arum will feed Loma to Shakur

That's a heck of a jump for Shakur though.
Not saying he couldn't do it, but i don't see his team agreeing to that surely?
Surely they set him up with a washed Dib type fighter at 135 to get him acclimated before he goes all in at 135?

Probably pretty accurate.
If Haney's last fight shows anything it's that he can control distance very easily against small, small reach fighters, then lock them up on the inside (boringness aside.) Loma got some little ass arms.
His bum ass wife needs to keep shyt in house.
