Norman is a better boxer fighter/boxer has faster hands and hits harder than than Regis. Only thing I can think of is that maybe they believe Norman has a suspect chin, but if so Haney as of right now doesn't have the power to exploit that, unless they've changed some things with his attack/technique in training.
I don't think they worried about his chin, I think they believe they can box his head off as he is you and while he is a punch he doesn't have generational speed like Ryan
