Yup, it was all but locked that Tito v. RJJ was after Hopkins. Wasn't a secret and mentioned during the broadcast and lead up to the fight with BHop. There were even signs in the crowd with 'RJJ is next!' type comments.
Yeah Roy was part if the broadcast. His main point that he kept harping on was that Cotto knew he could hurt Sergio because of the fact that Margarito got the TKO over Sergio when the two of them fought.
