thats how yall see it. if you check my posts....I dont think you will see me harping so much on weight. I never said Maidana victory wasnt shyt. is Broner a natural 147lber? if thats the case, dont make a big deal about JMM loss to a naturally bigger Bradley. since its mostly about weight now. the only time recently I said something about weight was about Porter being to strong for Paulie because Porter came down in weight to win a title and Paulie came up. and when JCC fought Vera the 1st time.

I know Crawford was bigger but he is not Randall Bailey or somebody. he is a boxer. and he outboxed dude, he didnt over power him. Broner got out boxed. so did JMM. to me, if weight is the MAIN factor then I will speak about it. other than that I give credit where is due if a fighter actually used skills to win. these arent handicapped fights.

I guess its cool for Canelo to call up 140lb Josesito and beat him within an inch of his life but then we didnt hear none of that weight talk when he quit against Floyd.

Broner definitely didn't get out boxed by Maidana. He got beat by illegal gloves and the huge size difference and outworked by Maidana

I question his boxing ability only because he was perceived to be elite boxer by the hype train. he is not. he is however a capable and above average boxer. I dont think this can be disputed. you just dont get to have a great amateur career and not be at least a good boxer. Dominic Guinn, Camacho Jr, Brandon Rios are all good boxers. they just underachieved for different reasons. I cant think of any amateurs that have had over 300 fights and are not good boxers....whether they apply those skills all the time or not.

I feel the same way.

He's about a B/B - defensively, because he's hard to hit.....but he doesn't keep his hands up at all times, which is exactly why Maidana (who only landed 28% of his punches) was able to make the ones he DID land count

I'd rather him go back to his prior defense with both hands up high to his head or start working with Floyd Sr to get the Shoulder Roll correct.

Stafford never taught Broner the Shoulder Roll, he just started using it (which is why his version has flaws in it), so if he's gonna continue on with it, he needs to change trainers and get with one who knows it in and out

I actually like the shoulder roll better for him than the high guard.....why? because Broner stands too flat footed. at least in the shoulder roll he can protect his body. in the high guard he will be at serious risk. a lot of his defensive issues revolve around the fact that he is too flat footed and doesnt move his head. usually one of those is a recipe for disaster and he does both....which is really a testament to how good his reflexes actually are.

but see, thats where I dont really agree. he wasnt able to take Maidana's punch as good but physically, Broner was pretty big in there. he has a wide back. he was actually pushing Chino back when Chino got tired. Broner is pretty strong. I dont use the weight excuse unless its a physical fight. Maidana was just smarter in there. not being able to handle the punch was more from and adjustment standpoint. plus the nikka came out bone-dry.

at the same age Bradley's best opponent was ****. Crawford destroyed Gamboa and was never close to going down. Bradley nearly got decapitated in the first round and got KD again at the end of the fight. if **** werent so lazy, he'd handed him his first loss.

The KD on Broner was most likely due to Maidana adjusting the padding in his glove so AB was basically getting hit bare knuckle

I never claimed Timmy to be the best in the world homie. He's a great boxer who isn't a master of one thing but is very good at a lot of them. Not being the best WW in the world is a dis now?
