Matthysse gonna send Khan back in time with that straight right, I have no idea why he wants Lucas, if there's one dude he should avoid it's him.

I guess he's trying to prove something to the fans or whatever, but Lucas is the wrong guy for him to go after in a comeback fight. He needs to fight a warm-up guy like some fringe contender before jumping in with a guy like Lucas.

Mosley would knock Williams out? :flabbynsick::scusthov::dwillhuh:

But it's a toss up between him and cotto? :what:

Where's that Marcus Camby gif of him saying get out when I need it

Its about styles bro
Cotto doesnt clinch
Mosley does
He'll get off his shots and den hold
Cotto would let off his shots and den back up
Dat would allow paul williams to pur pressure on him
It could go either way
Watch cotto vs margarito
Den shane vs margarito
Youll get a idea of how shane vs williams would go
Even tho margarito was cheating, he was still pressuring cotto and cotto refused to hold
He didnt hold much in da second fight either

Eh I cant say Mosley would have knocked out Paul Williams. P-Will had a damn good chin especially at 147. He walked through and ate bombs from Walter Matthysse and Antonio Margarito for 12 rounds each

After mosley knocked out margarito in dat fashion
Im convinced he can knock out paul williams
Williams chin aint better den cheatos

No he's really a dikk and prick just look at his face, and his attitude towards things, he's failed and ducked past drug test, blow trees, wake up in the afternoon then walking around in his underwear eating giant bowls of cereal. Chavez gave not one fukk about this fight, no spin :heh: at him moving couches in his living room to train

Sergio has to fight him again Serg ran and pot shotted from round one on and still manage to get hit 178 times and hit with 46% of Chavez punches, Chavez couldn't miss, he just didn't give a fukk til the last few rounds, which was obviously part of their strategy, a bad one at that. Sergio may have won but he lost the event, he knows it too which is why he broke down crying like a sibling died after that match with everybody dead silent around him not consoling him, his great match was ruined. People will only remember that fight for Chavez half assing it then turning it up and putting him on his ass in the 12th(which should have been twice but thats the refs judgement) and saved by the bell.

Sergio will rematch him though its his best money fight available, and on a manly prideful level and all the shyt he talked how Chavez was gonna be unrecognizable and he was gonna brutally ko him, he didnt do that he ran and danced, and nearly got sparked.

I'm afraid Sergio won't be the same though after this match, he's too old to be recovering from knee injuries of that sort

I can't even lie, thats the same thought that went through my head when the fight ended.

Martinez was a step away from producing a Calzage/Lacy type performance but really started getting touched up in the 11th and eventually hurt and dropped in the 12th.

This is why I be on some :beli: type shyt when nikkas be saying that Martinez had some super masterful performance or that the fight was super one-sided. I know Chavez jr didn't do enough but even half assing it he was able to still put hands on Sergio.

I don't think Martinez is going to be able to put forth this much effort again in a fight at this stage in his career especially if he has to move down in weight to get a fight with Cotto. Floyd etc.. I kind of get the feeling he peaked or gave the performance of his life in that Chavez jr fight. It'll be interesting to see how his career will play out.

Count me in, I dont know why everyone here acts like it didnt take something away from Martinez's performance. Even having said that, he got back up and was puttin a beatin on Chavez before the fight ended. Had their been one round left i think Chavez woulda finished him off. Chavez got to him too late. But let me just say it was still a great performance by Martinez. He was fighting someone that shouldnt even be allowed to fight against a middleweight

And most (not all) are talkin bout da 12th round and how chaveZ coulda won

It was one of da most exciting endings in boxing history
If u watched it live, no way you didnt get hype

I finally got around to watching the Canelo vs Lopez card was I the only one that noticed during Jim Gray's interview with Paul Williams he was having trouble speaking? I could barely understand him at certain points, and he was slurring his words.

that's a cash out fight (khan) for goldenboy so that may come later next year unless hatton does well and may have a big domestic fight with khan in the UK.

Amir is done in my view.
