..i did it because it was around the time of my HS reunion..so I wanted to see if i could get myself down under 200 for it..my HS weight when i graduated was 185ish..so i was cutting insanely

I like sprints but to just run more miles...

I like to swim, skipping-rope but literally almost anything over running

I heard that running/cardio makes u over eat.

Alot of people take diuretics to cut weight fast, but that's dangerous. Especially if you're a fighter.

Cardio does cause an increase in appetite. When I shed some weight (I went from 188 to 175 to currently165) I had to lay off the fat and some carbs as well. Easier said than done though

As I was saying in the Twitter chat last night, I plan on bulking up soon so I gotta figure out how I'm gonna put on some pounds without the extra fat

No it's not....because unlike @ChocolateGiddyUp & the rest of yall on here, I actually support (or stan as yall call it) almost every single fighter from my area

I never stanned Chavez Jr, but you know I was one of rare nikkas in here that never hated on him. There used to be pages where all cats would talk about is how entitled he was and how his brother is better. Now when he fukked up, I spit my shyt, but when he was doing his thing, I gave him props. I even picked him to beat Martinez and in that last round I was almost right. The funny thing is, that fight is what ruined Sergio. He was never the same after that and Murray damn near beat him (got fukked outta that 2nd knockdown for sure so he could have won that)

Chavez has always been an underachiever to me, but boxing is full of those. His peak was the Lee fight, but if he stay focused like he is now, he can prolly get back to that steez someday.

Fonfara humbled him and I think he needed that. Even the Reyes fight (i think that was his name) was harder than it should have been.

I feel like Chavez finally growing up, but we'll see.

@Newzz changed on wilder before or was it a period of disappointment. I always remembered you did this, but people started being biased against him and you started reppin him again.

idk if you thought he was fighting bums or looked bad in a fight but you stopped liking him for a bit.
