Ugonoh has power in his hands and Dominic is facing him after getting ko'ed...bombs away
Seems like he has very good fundamentals despite he started out from kickbox.
Boxer puncher with good power and movement, active power jabbing, straight/overhand right his money punch but also likes to work the body. Out of today's hw his style reminds me of Wilder's a bit, his movement seems more circulate though when he defends himself which is good cause Wilder's main weakness imo is that he backs up in a straight line without eve putting on a tight guard
This is just what I think seeing 3-4 fights from Ugonoh though...

He is supposedly called the Polish Remy Bonjasky sometimes
Bonjasky was a successful, very entertaining styled K-1 champion who won the K-1 World Grand Prix multiple times and he like flying knees very much.

If I'm talking about K-1 already... Surinamese-Dutch former elite K-1 fighter Tyrone Spong also began his pro boxing career fought four times in 2016, he is 6-0-0 (6) so far, I'm curious how his boxing career will play out.

I'm gonna try doing that again, with a revised list of "Pretty Boy" Floyd "Money" Mayweather's top 20 performances/fights.

I'm starting with Floyd as a barometer... he's the most popular fighter in the past decade, so...

Not sure if I should make a separate thread because that seems to be a wasteland outside of fight threads

you should make this a separate thread...besides you know everyone likes to post about floyd outside of the regulars lol

one thing i hope in 2017 that changes is hbo and showtime putting on cards on the same day

we got the vargas and miura doubleheader and we got the frampton/santa cruz 2 card..i think one card starts before the other but theres going to be an overlap :beli:

speaking of those...fight threads havent been created for those yet :patrice:

Interesting to me how the Netherlands so good in kickboxing but they are pretty much nowhere to be found in boxing... :ehh:
The talent is there...
When I lived there I asked my Dutch friends about this they said boxing isn't that popular among youth there, rather kickboxing or MMA. It's a pity... :yeshrug:

you're right Dutch fighters kinda ruled K-1... Ernesto Hoost, Peter Aerts, Remy Bonjasky, Zimmermann, Badr Hari, Alistair Overeem, Semmy Schilt, Gökhan Saki...

Not all of these are Dutch born or still fighting out fro there but all of them came from the Dutch system.
Hoost, Bonjasky and Spong are Surinamese-Dutches
Zimmermann is from Curacao
Hari is a Moroccoan descent
Saki is Turkish descent
Schilt, Verhoefen and Aerts are white dudes all born in the Netherlands if I know it right

I watched K-1 in its golden era, HW was filled with talent
