I think you're mixing up Ohara Davies who fights at 140 from the U.K., with Gervonta Davis 130 US.

This video is Davies talking down on Davis to Floyd. Davies is with Eddie Hearn.

I have a very low opinion of the Lesser Charlo though; always have.
I think Lubin's power is enough to give him the nod.
