There was zero buzz for the fight last Saturday...in real life

I got a good amount of Mexicans on social media... Nobody mentioned shyt...not even the boxing fans or boxing casuals

In the past they would be some buzz round a GGG fight...at least an ESPN like HBO like...a "let's see this Russian who goin fight Canelo, while we drink modelo post"

Way more buzz was for Swift N Time...which is shocking Cuz GGG N Jacobs was promoting this shyt in December... Showing up to Knicks games, HBO 24/7 ... More love from spoonface N em etc...

Y'all nikkas can't sit here and tell me that Canelo beating GGG (who's undefeated at 37-0 with 33 KOs, ranked #3 p4p, holding the WBA/WBC/IBF Middleweight Championships, AND it is believed Canelo has avoided this guy) wouldnt be arguably the best win ever for a Mexican fighter

had chocolatito winning 115-113 for sure..and agreed it took some years off his career..i dont believe his best days are behind him..he's just in a division he has being in without a tweak in his fighting style

Nobody is arguing Canelo being the GOAT Mexican....we talking him being a Mexican ATG, and yes, beating GGG does stamp Canelo as an ATG Mexican.

He didn't beat Sweet Pea though.

Canelo getting a legit win over a GGG, and putting an end to GGG's reign of dominance at Middleweight, would be legendary....and imo it would be in the discussion for the greatest W a Mexican fighter has obtained.
