yea watching it not drunk as fukk, sergio is crazy

For real. 11 rounds of playing the matador and in the 12th he goes toe to toe just to prove he could :wow:

Anyway, where do y'all rank Sergio pfp? Like I said before I got him at 3. Ward is #1 to me just based on his dominance combined with his level of activity and the level of competition he's fought recently. I got Floyd #2 and I wouldn't argue anybody putting him #1 cause of his longevity. Like I said though, I just think Ward has been more active and fought better competition recently. Sergio #3, he's got 1 loss in the last decade and he avenged it with one of the most brutal KO's in boxing history. I know some rank the Klitschko's higher but I just don't think much of the heavyweight division at the moment :yeshrug:

Sampson said in an interview prior to the fight to TyC (argentine tv network) that the plan was Geale in March and Mayweather in November.

Now. Sampson's always bullshytting so :yeshrug:

Why so long to fight Floyd? Is he not coming back until then? Imo they need to strike while the iron is hot and make this fight once Sergio gets healthy and Floyd is ready to fight again.

I wouldn't be mad at someone having Sergio over Ward p4p or vice versa.

Floyd, Ward, Martinez with 2 and 3 interchangeable imo let's talk about Manny being at 5th under Marquez tho.

Went from the top on many peoples list to #4/5 :youngsabo:

You still got Floyd at #1? Like I said I can't really argue cause of his longevity. To me though, Ward following up his dominance in the Super 6 with that performance against Dawson blew me away. I expected him to beat Chad but to totally outclass him and finish him like that? :damn:

I can't wait to see Pac fight in Dec. I think he's gonna come back really hungry after the "loss" and Marquez always gives him trouble.

Floyd did fight this year :manny:

guys like Floyd and Manny can get a pass for taking a bit longer in between fights because they are bigger events to create/promote imo

I know he fought this year breh. :comeon: He's only fought 4 times since '09 though. Super Six + Dawson > Marquez, Mosley, Ortiz & Cotto. I could see people saying Marquez is the best of all those fighters but I just think the combination of the guys Ward fought were better. Just my opinion :manny:

p4p list are pretty much opinion all opinion stuff anyway.

The only one who is not an elite fighter in that list is Ortiz and he got ko'd quickly. :upsetfavre:

Let's not act like the super 6 was full of elite fighters now

Green, Kessler, and old ass Glen Johnson are better than the comp Floyd fought :usure:

Having Ward at #1 due to inactivity is cool but no way he has faced better competition than Floyd.

Mosley was past it but got hyped cause he turned back the clock against Margacheato who was hyped coming off of the Cotto win. Marquez was arguably the best win of the bunch for either guy and I admit that. Kessler, Froch, Abraham > or at the very least on par with Mosley at that point imo

I'm not even really disagreeing with you. Really, I'm just arguing to argue.

You :troll:'n me breh?

Mosley was coming off one of the biggest wins of his career man.

Now if you said the version that Manny fought was comparable to the Super 6 guys then I might agree with you there.

You are overrating the Super 6 guys a TON the only good fighters out that group were Ward and Froch.

I think that win was overrated in retrospect. Imo Mosley was already past it and the performance against Margarito was kind of an aberration.

:stopitslime: When the fight was created it was looked at like a dangerous fight for Floyd, Floyd cruises to a UD like he always does and things like "in retrospect" always come up.

Shane coming off the Margarito victory>>Anyone at the time of the Super Six aside from Ward, hell some would even say including Ward at the time.

That "in retrospect" is a cop out.

edit- I don't want this to come across like I dislike Ward, I like him a lot and his style reminds me of my favorite fighter ever B Hop.
