Ricky Hatton-Michael Katsidis in Play For November 24

According to several UK sources, Michael Katsidis is likely going to be Ricky Hatton’s opponent for his November 24 comeback at the Manchester Arena. Katsidis, 32, was beaten on his last visit to Britain when Scot Ricky Burns out-pointed him for the WBO interim lightweight title in November.

Katsidis has lost one fight since his Burns setback and is now light-welterweight. In May 2010, he hammered Londoner Kevin Mitchell in three rounds and is now set to face ex-world champ Hatton, 33.

He will outbox him 12 rounds instead of 11 in the rematch. Chavez doesn't have the skill or the disciple to make the adjustments necessary imo.

The minute he gets a bit older and can't balloon 20-25lbs heavier than the middleweights he is fighting that nikka is done imo.

That shouldn't be the main reason for a rematch, imo. And that's the only thing these "experts" are clanging to. Even that walrus Dan Rafael admitted that he would watch a rematch only for the fact that Chavez MIGHT land another haymaker and make the building explode.
