The money shouldn't' be the defining factor in all of this. It's the whole pride of the matter. Ward got overpaid for the 1st fight anyway. :mjlol:
Most nikkas outside of this site, think he lost and he has a rematch clause so just run that fade back :manny:

I can only speak for myself, but whenever a nikka in the gym thought he got the better of me in sparring or if you had a few nikkas that thought it could have been a tie, I made sure to run that muthafukker right back and make sure I won as clean as possible and that was for free.

My payment was knowing in my heart, that I'm better than that nikka and everyone else knows it too. :stopitslime: I can't' say it's' a generation thing since me and Ward are around the same age. Its just an alpha male I'm that nikka thing. So I agree with Floyd and Skip about this shyt. At the end of the day, great fighters/people have pride in what they do.

I mean if Hov wanna shoot him an extra 100k to make this scary nikka get back in the ring, just do it, so we can get the fight and move on with our lives.
Ward wanting a rematch with his kov should be his first priority

Algieri got dropped twice early and barrel rolled all over the place only to get up to throw around 600 something punches that weren't majority jabs. :what:

Ward gets dropped and hurt early and proceeds to only jab and land some decent body shots in a tit for tat fight where Krusher is still boxing on even terms up until the end of the fight. He throws about 400 punches and has mad dead moments during the fight where he's backing up to the ropes and shyt not really doing anything. Close fight, but it''s hard to give Ward more than 5 or 6 rounds, but we all see shyt differently. Fight has rematch written all over it though.

You have more people saying Algieri won (regardless of his facial damage) than you have people saying Ward won. :manny:

at the end of the day, if Ward doesn't run it back...He'll be known as the nikka that Krusher chased out of the sport of boxing. :hhh:

Ward was Swift/Herrera but in reverse :mjlol: so history does repeat itself, just sometimes the conclusion is different.

You think so?

He got $2 million to face Paul Smith on BET.....$5 million to face Kovalev on PPV seems about right:ehh:

If you got paid to spar, Im sure you'd want more bread to run it back breh.

I don't think anyone paid to throw hands would run close wins back for the exact same money as the 1st time:yeshrug:

Scary? A fan of GGG, who refused to move up to face SOG, is calling SOG scary?:heh:

He moved UP from a division he was dominating with all intentions of facing KKKovalev.....and he actually went after him, faced him, and got the W. All things SOG haters said wouldn't happen:mjpls:

If SOG is considered scary, then :wow:

I think the difference is that with Algieri and Bradley fights, faces being bushes up not withstanding, Rus clearly lost the majority of the rounds whereas in the Ward-Kov fight, I think people using the theory that Kov won his quite decisively while Ward won rounds that coulda went either way.

I do hate using the "well look at his face" arguement though, that's shortsided. I get your point tho in how shyt is being spinned around here

Algieri won an SD....SOG won a UD.

Algieri won 114-112, 114-112, 109-117.

Nobody on this website, let alone #AlgieriAssassins, were claiming Algieri should run it back.......but yet are screaming that SOG should because it was a close fight and his face showed more damage:jbhmm:

To put it in further perspective, if the NY judge (from Algieri's hometown), hadn't gave Algieri the 12th round....the fight would've been a draw. But yet, I've never heard any on here say "Algieri needs to run it back...look at his face, look at Prov's:damn:":patrice:

That SOG hate is pure:wow:

Where is @krackdagawd? They in here hating on our boy :mindblown:

The SOG slander is getting out of control breh....let me call the SOG hotline (1-800-SOG-Gang) and see if Krack is getting the ammo together:whoo:

Floyd Mayweather Will Attend Donald Trump's Inauguration

By TMZ Sports

Floyd Mayweather says he'll be right in the middle of the action for Donald Trump's inauguration in D.C. next week ... telling TMZ Sports he's already got his tuxedo picked out!

Turns out, Mayweather has been friends with Trump for a while -- and says he really appreciated the support he got from Donald during the Manny Pacquiao fight. Mayweather wouldn't say if he's a democrat or a republican -- but praised both Obama and Trump.

"Barack Obama was a good president and hopefully, Donald Trump is a good president."

mayweather-trump_1.jpg

Mayweather also has a message for people concerned about Trump's presidency -- "We don't know what can happen in life. Only thing we can do is keep our fingers crossed, pray and hope for the best."

Back in November, Mayweather was one of the first celebrities to visit Trump at his Manhattan penthouse to congratulate him on his victory over Hillary Clinton in the Presidential election.

Mayweather is currently in New York City to promote the next high profile card for his promotional company.

This Saturday night at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, there will be a super middleweight world championship unification fight featuring Badou Jack against James DeGale, which is going to headline a Showtime televised card.

The televised co-feature, undefeated junior lightweight world champion Jose "Sniper" Pedraza will take on unbeaten rising contender Gervonta "The One" Davis.

Maybe if you boxed before, you'd understand breh. I dont even wanna go that route, cuz I know you 'v'e had to do competitive shyt against others in your life so please dont take it the wrong way. I dunno what else to say about this. I love boxing for the competitive nature it brings and the fact that I can do something as primitive as fighting to say Im better than nikkas. Thats just me though.

Money isn't everything to everybody. Some nikkas got more pride than others. I'm not downplaying money at all though, but sometimes you just have to prove a point.

GGG got nothing to do with this. He's fighting his biggest challenge next, so Ill just let him cook.

The headline:dead::dead::dead:

although it's a bad fight, why as a boxing fan you're laughing at biased writers calling a boxing event trash ?

I don't recall anybody calling GGG-Stevens or ROsado trash ? Nobody called Canelo-Kirkland trash.

We, as boxing fans, are more haters than fans.

The racism of the media is so unscripted and pure. Anything Haymon does is automatically trash. Haymon better put his top guys in the ring in the same night on free tv or it's trash

Grown man post...grown man response from me:

I feel you breh:salute:

never boxed, played football as yall know (even though I wish I did Box instead:mjcry:). If a RB (I was a DT and MLB) said they could run me over in practice, I would love to go head up in "nut cracker" against them....and would do it over and over until a conclusive winner is determined by both parties, OR it became evident who's getting the W here:ehh:

So, if you're putting in a category such as that...I feel it:obama:

I get your point fam, but those GGG fights you used were bad examples, those were actually decent fights.. stevens had a nice lil run leading up to that bout.

lara vs foreman really is horrible tho.

ggg vs wade is a better example if we wanna shyt on ggg vs career mode nikkas.

Ummmm, cause it's a bad fight & event:ld:

:russ:

What you mean breh?:heh:

I don't know about Stevens/Roasado, but people were saying Canelo/Kirkland was :trash:

You don't recall anyone saying Canelo/Kirkland was a trash fight?:dwillhuh:

You gonna have to speak for yourself there breh....I love every fighter, bc without them, the sport doesn't exist. Im just not a fan of every fighter:manny:

A fight pitting Yuri Forman, in the main event, for the WBA Super Junior Middleweight Championship is a trash fight breh.... :forreal:

There's no way Porter loses to a scrub like Berto:mjlol:

Again, is Porter a boxer ? I never even saw him stand there and counter or properly box. All he does is charge with his head and wrestle all night. He hasn't ko'd anybody in 5 years. That was the last time he looked all juiced up

as did rosado..rosado was on a significant winning streak before GGG

hell you can even reference ward vs brand as a garbage fight which it was and im sure it got criticized lol...but lara facing a guy who hasn't beaten anyone of note in 8 years for a title is bad matchmaking and should be called out..anthony dirrell its whatever...its not like its a headliner fight
