Again, is Porter a boxer ? I never even saw him stand there and counter or properly box. All he does is charge with his head and wrestle all night. He hasn't ko'd anybody in 5 years. That was the last time he looked all juiced up
which would prolly be at his advantage as porter is one of those super strong little nikkas..nikka has football strength..berto was bullied by robert guerrero into the ropes with no issues and had problems escaping..didnt see that happening lol

5 years? He KOd Malignaggi in 2014 and KOd Bone in 2015.

Since facing Bone he's only faced Broner and Thurman, 2 guys who've never been stopped....but he beat Broner and gave Thurman a close fight:dwillhuh:

Berto last 8 fights dating back 5 years, since you choose that timeline:smugbiden:

vs Ortiz: L and dropped multiple times

vs Zaveck: good W for him

vs Guerrero: got turned into an ET look alike, and took the L

vs JSK: got stopped by a gatekeeper

vs SUC: had a close fight with a bum, but got the w

vs Lopez: got dropped, then got a come from behind W over a gatekeeper

vs Floyd: embarrassed in his L

vs Ortiz: got dropped, then got a come from behind W over a washed up fighter

Just sign the contract, because Porter needs some action:demonic:

ive talked negatively about berto and porter in the past so i have no dog or bias in this fight...porter's style of fighting will catch up to him the day he decides to return to 154 and faces a better selection of opponents than he did before..but at 147 he is a threat just off physicality..he can be outboxed but youre going to go through hell to do it...berto has too much mileage on him and not enough core strength for me to think otherwise

Just realized I skipped this part...

You sure you want to talk about how someone looked the last time they were all juiced up....and you a Berto stan?:mjpls:

Former welterweight titleholder Andre Berto has tested positive for a banned substance, and his June 23 rematch with fellow former titlist Victor Ortiz has been canceled, according to Golden Boy Promotions CEO Richard Schaefer.

Berto tested positive for the steroid norandrosterone, a source with direct knowledge of the test results told ESPN.com on Friday.

Porter at 154 is a sight I don't want to see until later in his career:mjcry:

Am I the only one that reads the amped up LeVraiPapi posts in a Michael Blackson voice? :russ:

You're hilarious breh....I think it's the usage of the "negga" and the way it's spelled & used over and over. Blackson does it the same way when he about to go in:russ:

Preview: Jack-DeGale and undercard

Is it just me or anyone else doesn't find DeGale that huge of a talent as many people suggest it?
He is a good fighter and talented, no doubt but I don't see him that very special x factor what some people supposedly sees in him :yeshrug:
I don't think he would be so far ahead of Jack talent wise tbh... A little yeah but idk...

@((ReFleX)) matter of fact breh, Canelo should start calling Floyd out for Mexican Independence Day since Floyd is tip-toeing the retirement/not retired line now.

Canelo deserves every chance to run that back imo....he was 23, had to weigh in at 152lbs, and had Trout as the best he ever faced up until that point.

I would like to see how Canelo does now after having faced Floyd, Khan, Lara, and Cotto...fights in which he's now showing tremendous growth in actual "skill" after facing all of em. He doesn't even gas anymore:yeshrug:

27 year old Canelo vs Floyd > Floyd vs McGregor or Floyd vs Pacquiao 2 again imo
I think it would be a lot closer but floyd would still be the clear favorite. but canelo has improved in every area, especially in ring IQ. floyd went right at canelo from the start cause he knew he was inexperienced. no way he would be that aggressive in a rematch. outside of mcgregor, canelo is probably the most lucrative fight for floyd right now. if canelo still held that middlweight title, it wouldve been perfect. have the fight at 155 and floyd has the opportunity to beat marciano's record and finish his career as a middleweight champion. would've been a storybook ending.
