brook has fought at 154 too..his only career KD happened at that weight..and i said before the only x factor in this fight is the condition of kell's eye..thats why i slightly favor him over spence..without it for sure i'd think brook would beat him

KELL BROOK has told Errol Spence he will leave Sheffield with nothing at a heated press conference at Bramall Lane today.
The pair went face-to-face to announce their clash for Brook’s IBF welterweight title on May 27 at the home of Sheffield United.
It started in respectful fashion with both men praising each other until a war of words between their trainers sparked a bout of verbal sparring between the fighters.

“This is mine and you made a big mistake,” said Brook as he pointed to his IBF belt.
“Go sightseeing around Sheffield as that is all you will take from this – seeing some sights. This is staying here. You can come again.
“I’m the southpaw slayer, no southpaw has ever gone the distance with me.”
American southpaw Spence is touted as the next big fighter to come from the States and is slight favourite with the bookmakers to hand Brook his second defeat after the Brit lost to Gennady Golovkin in September.
Unbeaten Spence said: “You’re a clown. You had two good rounds with GGG and you are living off that.
“How long you been pro and you only fought two fighters since you been pro? Shawn Porter and GGG.
“I’m going to knock you out and take that belt.
“I’m coming here to take the title. I feel like I’m a better fighter than him. A true champion wants to take the title form a true champion, not a vacated title.
“I want to beat the champion to become a champion. That is what true champions do.”
Brook’s trainer Dom Ingle and Spence’s Derrick James continued to exchange insults before promoter Eddie Hearn stepped in.
The boxers continued to trade insults as they did their customary face-off at the end of the press conference.
Brook was expected to move up to light-middleweight after facing middleweight king Golovkin last year.
But the Sheffield star refused to vacate his IBF welterweight title even if it means a struggle to get back down to 10st 7lb again.

“He has never fought an animal like me who is so determined to be great and unify this division.
“I know what I need to do though. I’m experienced. I need to follow the diet to a tee.
“I can’t sneak downstairs and get something from the fridge. It’s going to be a fantastic night for everybody in Yorkshire. We are going to see how brilliant he supposedly is.”

funny. I wonder how the other fighters feel like bizier/jones/nonodan .
spence basically callin them bums.
but its true. when it comes to resume kell don't got it at all. he is a decent maybe above avg skilled guy with nice jab and great power.
but the resume is shyt. especially when u only beat porter 7-5......ehhhhh. plus ur corner threw in towel vs ggg...only thing that impressed me in that fight is that he stopped ggg in his tracks. but then again hes already fought at 154 so not that big of weight/power jump like everyone thought.
