Everyone was bytching and complaining about Nonito supposedly ducking Rigondeaux and now Godfather Bob made the shyt happen and nobody talkin bout it... Who yall got winning this one??
Man I got tons of love for Rigo, but... I don't know. If Rigo can fight smart and not get caught up in a brawl with donaire I think he can pull off a decision if no BS occurs. Otherwise, he showed that he has a suspect chin and if he isn't smart he might be :deadmanny:

Why didn't pressure fighters like Peterson and Abregu beat him?

Peterson aint no superman neither, is people gonna act like Khan aint put him on his ass twice and giving him the boxing lesson of his life, before Khans glass betrayed him

:heh: at Abregu you know damn well he doesnt belong in this convo, you grasping for straws, Bradley is good at everything but not elite, and his 1st and second option is always brawling

So are you gonna act like Morales and mop the floor with a top 3 LWW in hard hitting Madaina and embarrassed him
He didn't mop the floor with him. It's actually an indictment on how overrated Maidana was that he was having trouble with a guy that Cano was dominating before he blew his nose lol.

Lets not start with the Bradley and Khan mess, Khan G checked Bradley to his face and he walked off
Yet Khan wanted no part of him before Tim was set up for the Manny fight.

Zab Judah, he may have been a stepping stone, but it only seems that way because he got a lil bit of most of the elite guys from those divisions in the last 10 years.
Zab hasn't beaten an elite fighter since Cory Spinks. Was getting outboxed by Maibuza before he landed a hail mary shot, then quit like a bytch against Khan.

So are you gonna act like Khan aint dismantle Barrera in far impressive fashion did Manny did in both Barrera fights, the second one most importantly, the same shot Barrera that put JMM on his ass and was giving him all types of l's in a fight where I felt, fukkery was taken with the judges and all

Manny in the first MAB fight was dominant. Ran through him when he was at his highest rating. One of the more one sided beatings a top fighter has received.

He wasn't giving a boxing lesson. You're exaggerating lol. Peterson was walking him down the last half of the fight.

The other poster's premise was that if **** was a pressure fighter, he would have beaten Bradley, but Bradley's been in with pressure fighters and done very very well.

If his first and 2nd option is brawling, why didn't he come out with those tactics against Witter or Pacquaio? He changes his style to fit his opponent.2

He did come out and try to brawl Pacquiao and started digging to that body instantly and he got some of the worst one sided ass whipping I seen recently in those middle rounds, got beat down in the corner ass touching the ropes like Whitaker vs Tito and got put in a wheelchair:comeon:

You need to re watch that fight again If you think Bradley ran and boxed all night, the fight was a war ruined by Pac fans love of Manny calling the fight one sided

Why didn't pressure fighters like Peterson and Abregu beat him?

because they truly are B-level fighters. Peterson is a boxer, he dont pressure all the time either, he stayed in Bradley's face because Bradley has no power. Peterson doesnt have much more power if any than Bradley does. Peterson, again, fought the wrong fight. Shouldve used his length and boxing ability to beat Bradley. Bradley smothered him though. Abregu? You giving these guys too much credit. Who has Abregu beaten of note? Really. He has KO's but against nobody's. Not to take all credit from Bradley, he is a good fighter and he fights the right fight and right opponent most of the time. He gets other fighters out of their game plan.

I'm not a Manny fan. check my post history on BX.

Morales is a legend....who spent most of his career below 126, and was more shot than Tupac when Garcia got to him. Bradley called Khan out when he was at 140, but Khan chose to fight Maidana..then when Bradley is in line to fight before the Casamayor fight, then Khan wants to fight. It's BS.

Zab Judah has been a stepping stone for years, and again, Barrerra spent most of his career below 126 and was shot when Khan got to him.

Dont go by who is shouting the loudest...go by the contracts signed. Bradley turned down a fight with Khan, hence GSP suing him. Bradley is guilty of ducking too. It wasnt a guarantee that he wouldve gotten Pacquiao...so why not take Khan out? Because he doesnt want to risk it. Not like the Khan fight was for peanuts, it was like $1.5 mil. Let me be clear, I dont really sympathize for Bradley because he is trying to get the easiest path as well and now he is pissed because he is not getting megafights after beating Pac. Well, he should worry about fighting quality fighters....but he wont. He is not looking for risk, only guys he is favored to beat and should beat.

Judah not stepping stone status yet, ask Vernon Paris who thought that shyt. Judah has been in with tough fighters like Matthysse and Khan, he hasnt lost to any bums yet so he is not a true stepping stone. Zab has never lost to any fighter who was not a world champion at some point and time. In fact, all of his losses have been in title fights. Garcia will prove a lot to me if he beats Zab. (I am picking Zab) Garcia has beaten a shot :flabbynsick: Morales twice, a B-level ****, and the china-chinned Khan who Prescott KOed in 1.

I wouldnt pick Rios to beat Bradley. Rios is too dumb of a fighter. Maybe he can be a comedian after his boxing career is over...which wont be long. I really dont like Rios. He talks too much shyt and says a lot of unnecessary disrespectful stuff to be no more than a B-class (if that) punching bag. Speech already slurred like a muhfukka....and he has the unmitigated gall to poke fun at Freddie Roach???? :what: PoS.:pacspit:

not the same thing as what I was saying. the other pressure fighters didnt have ****'s ability. lemme clarify. **** didnt even have to be a pressure fighter to beat Bradley...all he had to do was move his hands in rounds 2-11.

Actually Kahn fought McClowsky in England I stead of bradley.

no no. Khan fought McClosky while Bradley was still under contract with GSP. (GSP's plan was to beat Alexander then become undisputed champ by beating Khan) GSP secured the fight and Bradley wouldve made over $2 mil. Bradley had already been tampered with by TR. (too bad boxing promoters dont have the same rules to follow as NBA teams) Bradley chose to let his contract expire, thus throwing away a $2 mil plus payday against Khan to sign with TR and subsequently face Casamayor (which was his first fight in 10 months) and Pac. Bradley was out of the ring nearly a year because TR had promised to feed him to Pac and he ended up pulling a Zahir Raheem and thought TR was gonna do good by him. Problem is, like Raheem, no one wanted to see Bradley afterwards.

http://espn.go.com/boxing/story/_/id/9076185/mickey-bey-jr-suspended-fined-positive-drug-test

Lightweight Mickey Bey Jr. was suspended and fined by the Nevada State Athletic Commission on Wednesday for testing positive for elevated levels of testosterone following a third-round knockout of Robert Rodriguez in a nationally televised fight on Feb. 2 at The Cosmopolitan casino in Las Vegas.

Bey, a 29-year-old from Cleveland and a former amateur standout, was present for the hearing as the commission voted 3-2 to fine him $1,000 of his $8,000 purse and suspend him for three months (retroactive to the day of the fight). Bey could have been fined the entirety of his purse and suspended for one year.

The result of the bout was also changed to a no-decision, so a victory was deleted from Bey's record, which now stands at 18-0-1 with nine knockouts. The loss also comes off Rodriguez's record. The 22-year-old from Greeley, Colo., is now 7-2 with three knockouts.

Bey's drug screen showed his testosterone to epitestosterone ratio (T/E) being greater than 30-1. Nevada allows a ratio of 6-1. Bey's ratio was the second highest in Nevada history, according to Nevada commission executive director Keith Kizer.

The fight with Rodriguez was Bey's first in 15 months following a split from promoter Top Rank. He had signed with Floyd Mayweather Jr.'s promotional company, Mayweather Promotions, and was being trained by Floyd Mayweather Sr.

Doping in the Mayweather camp? :youngsabo:
