I DO blame Wilder (and his crew) for his stamina. Wilder was a devastating (and fast) puncher in the 210's. RISKING stamina and speed loss due to bulking wasn't worth it. If I was coaching him, I wouldn't trust his stamina conservation skills enough to risk letting him bulk (considering whom he is historically, as a fighter) Wilder 2018 (physique wise) with his new boxing approach had a much better chance. BEcause he'd have had a chance at a 2nd or 3rd wind to end him. He was pretty much done stamina wise, as he entered the last 2/3rd's of the fight. He desperately needed more stamina to win last night. Be clear. I'm not saying he'd automatically win. But fury (whom wasn't fighting super great himself) would had to have faced a much more threatening Wilder (in the 2nd half) had he not bulked.

I had my ex over N we watched the fight… she asked something which ended up me showing her the 12th rd of the first Fight which I hadn’t seen besides the night it happened

Wilder looked fresh as a fukking Daisy

If he had that Stamina in this fight he wins :yeshrug:

I believe he wins too. The only reason I won't say 100%,is because I don't think he faced the leaning and roughing up in the 1st fight. Fury moved more. But in my heart of heart, slimmer wilder would have won. But the smarter boxer with the better plan won. Wilder is too inexperienced himself to think it's cool to have someone like malik running shyt. He needs an og

Fury wasn’t leaning or bullying him in the first fight

You'll see previous posts by me discussing the perils in Wilder gaining weight to his detriment, in both the second fight and the third. So we are in agreement there.

But there's a huge difference between knowing how to throw punches conservatively versus street fighter super punches. Wilder doesn't do the former, or at least he finds it difficult.

It's his greatest weakness and greatest strength (perhaps you could argue his singular strength.)

less than a month away from Canelo vs Plant and we haven't seen any announcements yet for the undercard, that's kinda odd, no?

someone gotta free Stephan Shaw from Lou Dibella, heavyweight talk has dominated boxing the last few weeks and then we had a showcase Saturday for HWs and dude is sitting in purgatory. Fluid American HW with decent pop and dude can't get any fights.
