:mjlol: nikkas who don't understand boxing ring years and regular age could never educate me on anything boxing related.

Same nikkas that prolly think Norman finna fight the best version of Haney ever. :russ:

Boots career gonna play out just like Crawford since he has the talent/skills to pull it off.

He'll go through a bunch of divisions beating the shyt outta C and possibly B minus fighters, until years from now he finally takes a threat that the public deem necessary. He'll win and nikkas will just say you never should have doubted him all along blah blah blah etc... :manny: forgetting about all the years he beat up on canon fodder.

Boots better never have a close fight, cuz they might just rob his ass so he can move better in picking opponents. nikka might get the GGG treatment.

and Wolfe and Kirkland were definitely fukking or at least made out or something. You can just tell some shyt happened between them. Not gonna make a Cinemax after dark post about it tho. :pachaha:
I think they're similar, but Boots is way more vulnerable than Bud ever was & he's being moved like they know it too. Like your boy Thurman said recently: "Everybody still sees you getting clocked, but you haven't been clocked by the right ones" lol.

And I've never seen Bud as visibly frustrated as Boots was in both them Karen fights because he couldn't impose his will like he wanted lol

Agreed....I also just think Boots and Bud showed their vulnerability in different ways. I remember Bud being hittable in the early rds. Lundy caught him with a few shots. Hell, Dulorme was competitive before he got stopped. Porter was up...etc.. Brook tagged him. Boots looks like he gets hit with random shots much cleaner tho and his activity doesn't allow him to lose rds like Bud has done.

Boots shows more frustration than Bud when he can't impose himself because that's all he knows. We've seen Bud have a few uneventful fights cuz he had no problem outboxing nikkas for the win. Boots sometimes believes his own hype and thinks he can just overwhelm everybody. Hell, even GGG knew he couldn't do all that bulldozer shyt with everybody and boxed more when he had too. Throw Vergil Ortiz in there as well. He boxed his way off the canvas against Boachek. Boots hasn't been made to truly adjust yet. Karen may have frustrated him, but he still kicked his ass. He wasn't acting like Mell damn near having a breakdown cuz he couldn't catch Austing fukking Trout.

and Thurman's right of course, but sometimes the wrong ones can hit you with the right one. :mjlol:

he was not...crawford was up on all 3 cards going into 10 lol...porter just wasn't out of the fight scorewise

out of all the wisdom dropped in that post, this is what caught your attention :mjlol:

regardless of what the judges were scoring, most ppl thought the fight was even or Porter slightly ahead with Bud slowly starting to get into his groove.

the point is this wasn't the super dominant Crawford we were used to seeing.

The Traps of Unified Korea
Arum out here paying Chris Algieri 1.5 mil to face Pac

then paid Khan like 5 mil to face Bud

yeah, its PBC's fault tho. :mjlol:

Didn't Oscar and Floyd both have to take drastic measures to make big fights at pivotal moments in their careers when Bob was more interested in protecting his interests? That's where I can't absolve Bud entirely.

I believe Bud made the business decision of riding out his contract. Other guys before him took big ass gambles to get themselves out.

For me that's the difference I see in Bud's resume versus other ATGs. He took the sensible route and his career shows for it.
