I have no problem with anyone picking Bivol over guys like Dawson and Jones that had no chins at all.
Dawson’s chin kept from making the hall of fame
Roy’s chin got him like 15 losses
as someone who ran in same circles as Chad. it wasnt just chin..chad brought a lot of issues into his career..he was immature..when he was on, he was an elite talent...when he wasn't, he had some wild losses...that tommy karpency loss was the worst of them
..one of them early pre PBC upsets

Bivol ain't even punching like that to where guys like Dawson and Roy are worried about being stopped. Their chins went to hell after they drained themselves. I'm obviously not using the versions of Dawson that went to 168 vs Ward. Damn sure not using the Roy that fought Tarver 1.

Dawson vs Bivol might be a toss up tho cuz Chad defense can get a lil leaky.
Bivol just don't have the natural talent I see in Roy, Chad, and Calzaghe. He's just a very skilled tactical guy that can stick to a game plan. He won't do more than what's needed. Its always hard for me to pick guys like that against dudes who can do the same thing allwhile being more talented.

I think Adamek (2006/07 version) & Paul Briggs give him a tough fight if not beat him in competitive fights

and lets not act like Bivol can't be hurt. Joe Smith hurt him bad late and Beterbiev had dude running and not throwing punches for 30 second intervals in the 1st fight.
Hell, the dude Bivol stopped before the 1st Beterbiev fight was giving him all he could handle.
