spence is broken...ive literally have said this for a long time..he hasn't shown me anything post crash to convince me otherwise..compromised punch resistance, noticeable neurological changes, and serious injuries in both eyes
it will take a herculean effort for those issues to not come into play

It may be one of those things where an accomplished older fighter knows he doesn’t have that many fights left, feels he’s paid his dues, and wants only bigger fights/paydays.
Or maybe his team is who is trying to steer him towards only bigger paydays because they know he’s declined and is a risk to lose to a lesser/unknown fighter.

ship may have sailed. Shakur has several other fights he could do that are bigger. unless he thinks Roach is an easier fight than Teo, which I think it is then I dont see too much point in it. it just doesnt appear to be an exciting fight. Shakur against GAR is a good fight to me.
Watched the first 15 minutes of this and it's hilarious seeing both Chris Algerie and Paulie who supposedly "keep it real" tuck their tail and ask softball questions when Mauricio is in their presence

This would be true of Shakur was a Money man but unless Turki is backing everything nobody is in a rush to fight Shakur. If Shakur can get Turk to back another big fight this year then we may see the momentum rise, but what we dont need to see is Shakur vanish until 2027.
We got 2 140 title fights on the 21, but I think Shakur should aim for a UK fight against Dalton Smith to unify + do like a legit media tour in the UK to maybe pick up some casuals. Shakur needs a run that builds his brand more.
Roach vs Shakur will get the purist talking but to Shakur outside of some honor shyt the ROI won't be there for the tine of a camp and shyt imo.

Not sure I agree that it’s a simple fight for Spence. Tsyzu has a terrible resume, and has failed when it mattered, but he is still a heavy handed, career based 154 fighter, we haven’t even seen Spence at that weight before.
3 years off, no trainer, lot of question marks and issues.
TBH I`m confused on Tim, because if we being real before the Cut he was getting in Fundoras ass, against Murta he fought like an idiot, and 2nd Fundora fight dude seemed mentally defeated, but before all of that people would say he had a super well crafted resume. We even had the angle of Charlo was shook of Tim when looking back I think Charlo wold have ended his career.
Greg Hacket said Spence been sneaking off to Philly for a while now and was even DMing about stuff, so I would assume from the looks Spence had been going around looking at trainers for the last 4-5 months and now has another 4 months before the fight aka a Camp (and Spence seems to have been in decent shape the last 2 years).
Where I`m going with this is Spence is levels above Tim, and there were loud mumblings about Spence having a horrible camp for the Bud fight and looked like shyt during the ring walk, not making excuses because Spence himself made no excuses but I`m just stating the situation.
I think all things considered most will agree the general theme is this fight is gonna be a fire fight and if Spence can't beat Tim, he needs to hang it up, but if Tim loses depending how Spence looks will be the real story on whether Tim is ass or Spence may have a potential for one last run.
