ortiz man...dude has all the tools physically but is such a headcase...arthur abraham went the full 12 with a prime murderous punching edison miranda who had severely broke his jaw in 2 places in round 5..that was a broken jaw worthy of a fight being called off...ortiz couldnt find it in him to last 3 more rounds against a blown up 140 lber smh

You're looking at this the wrong way. Ortiz is all about self-preservation and there's nothing wrong with that. He's not a reckless suicidal maniac that will fight through anything. He might not have an iron will but he knows when enough is enough, therefore he'll save up that money and live a great life. He's basically too smart to be a "people's champ" type of fighter cause he's doing what any rational person would do in that situation. Obviously the public doesn't wanna see that but
too bad.No doubt this is a big $ loss for Ortiz but I didn't wanna see that fight anyway.. Ortiz is a 147 fighter at most and he would go in undersized against Canelo IMO.. at this point it's Kirkland (the one I always wanted to see from the start), Cotto, and anyone else is gonna be an exhibition match.
