I bet you his next fight is another CW or at 147. Dude been at 140 since forever.no, he can make weight...but its harder for him to do so now. he soon will have to kill himself if he is not already. this is about holding on to those belts...which I think is a bad idea that can backfire. either he gets a top notch nutritionist and makes 140 easily or throw that chit in the bushes. its career suicide should he lose his belts on the scale then lose or draw in the ring the same night. he is not Joan Guzman, but still, his team needs to be careful playing around with weight just for the sake of some belts. he is already the "undisputed" champ at 140. he dont need those belts.

excellent post...pretty much your post is part of the reason why I thought superman was fighter of the year for 2013...dude was really active and won a couple of the fights that he wasn't the favorite to win
Then if he lose or it's a ugly fight they will blame it on the weight.if danny's going to make his swansong at 140 then he better get a nutritionist, face lamont in a unification in dec, make it worth his while money wise, and call it a day there..there's an irreversible consequence for fighters that go up and down in weight between fights too much...no matter how young you are...his reflexes and punch resistance will get affected

.. even though physically he showed no signs of struggling..only his boxing was
