the last time Floyd faced a bum was when he fought Brussles in Miami.

Yep, dude wasn't ready and when he was finally ready, Floyd retired and we got Cotto/Margarito instead.
I'll say this though, if someone were to tell me that Cotto would eventually win a title at middleweight back when he was going life and death with Chop Chop and Torres, I would have laughed that nikka out the room. I swear damn near anything can happen in boxing sometimes.
Boxing is a sport of timing....and Cotto fought Sergio Martinez at the right time.
If Sergio was still the version of himself that fought JCC Jr, Cotto wouldnt have stood a chance. Same thing, if JCC Jr fought the version of Sergio that Cotto did, JCC Jr would've been still been the Champ.
That's why matchmakers are very important in guiding and steering fighters to the right opponent at the right time.
I can't wait for FNF and HBO boxing to get here.

Inside the ring he is a beast. Still needs to show us how he handles a guy with good boxing skills, but his attacking and power is first rate.

I still wanna see how Krusher deals with a good boxer that is durable with decent power. Caparello can box, but he ain't fight nobody yet and his power is on Cory Spinks levels.
