I'm no Chet Holgrem fan, just looking at him he looks like a bust, but I'm done doubting these consensus top-5 picks. No one is a sure thing except Shaq, Duncan and LeBron but NBA scouting departments are a hell of a lot better than they used to be, one or two might make a mistake on an idiot reach but if they all like someone then there gotta be something there.

Nah, that was injury that led to other issues, not scouting. Fultz went from a guy hitting 41% of his threes at high volume in college to a guy that couldn't hit an open jump shot if his life depended on it. Can't scout that.
