Cause he’s an entrenched machine scumbag who those polish/Irish/Mexicans refuse to boot because of the clout he carries/brings to that ward(even tho he losing chairmanship) He will probably resign later. That’s another reason I can’t fukk with Preckwinkle. She suppose to be this independent progressive but she getting money from Burke that came from his extorting a Burger King owner/holding fundraisers at his house.
