Dude wasnt charged with a body or even being the shooter. He was one of the people being shot at and lost control of his car trying to get away. Thats why he got a reckless homicide. If he was white, he wouldnt have been charged at all because it was an accident. This isnt the case to make that statement on because dude wasnt the shooter. 8yrs at 50 plus 6mo of good time for school is 3.5yrs and is par for a reckless homicide. And as the courts saw it, this was a reckless homicide case. If he did anything else, they didnt prove it in court.

If witnesses ain't finger him as the shooter and there were witnesses against him in court then what the streets know ain't the same thing as what the courts know.

The whole premise around dude in this thread was the caught a body and killed a little girl in the process and the courts just let him slide. That ain't what the investigation turned up. I already said that if there was more to it then the courts didn't see it and it wasn't on his docket. The courts pressed him on what they could prove. If they can't prove he was the shooter then they can only book him on the reckless homicide.

You from here. You know 26th ain't letting no nikkas slide if they can help it. The notion that nikkas don't get locked up here is stupid as fukk. Dude said he only got a couple years for a jacking, body and killing the girl when he only caught one case and got the time that case was supposed to carry.
