just realized how confusing my response was. i meant that although it's not supposed to hit 90 again for the rest of the week, it is still forecast to be relatively warm (in 80s).

Ever since the CPD ran all the flagged dealers and gang members out of Roseland a few years ago (An inside operation led by the police. They gave them all a deadline to move...Hamsterdam style).
