I always get annoyed when I go to someone's place who lives on a one-way street, but to get there I have to drive down the parallel street in the opposite direction to do a "horseshoe". However, it's TWO blocks, because the next street is a one-way going in the opposite direction.

I'm not a member but United Credit Union has OK reviews on Google Maps. They are part of the Co-Op Network so even though they only have 4-5 locations in the state, there are over 100 locations in the city that you can use the ATM for free or talk to a teller if it is a full service bank.

TBH though I feel like any convenience of flying out of OHare bc of distance, may be offset by the convenience of midway due to the size of the airport. For Arrivals on the other hand this is a big deal.

O'Hare is more convenient than Midway to me even though it is more far out. I don't care for taking city streets to get to Midway.

I have used credit union 1 for almost 20 years now. they have branches along 95th street on kedzie and near laramie. in evergreen park and oak lawn.

I've used them to buy 3 cars and my house.
