I go to Chi-town regularly now, and it's definitely only in certain areas of the city. It's unfortunately the entire city is getting a black eye for a few terrible areas.

u can get around just fine on the L. I only kick it on the northside, loop, or oak park however....

but being cold in November is kinda normal
