Four Englewood High Schools Set To Close



Ain't no new hs coming ... Same ol tricky..

So mfs couldn't have built it first?

See this is something I don't understand. They are closing schools in Englewood but already ate building a brand new school or there as well. What is the point building a new one when u can't sustain the existing ones???

They're definitely making a big deal about it.
But i don't see it as that. the areas surrounding the presidential library is the hot spot.

I dont see white people moving south of 63rd street..

So they finally building it...The 100s is the forgotten.... Them 119 & 34 Buses stay packed during morning & afternoon school let outs I'm talking nuts to butt
Standing up all they way in the back, every seat taken ....And don't let it be hot outside....

I useta take the 119th to 95th, thats easily a 30 - 45 minute ride then another 10 - 20 minutes wait for the train.....The extension would definitely Cut time in half & probably then some..
Imma miss how 95th is thoThats like the heartbeat to the far SouthSide..

Yeah some properties have to be turn down to make way & they're using existing tracks
