Sometimes I stay in the car when my wife is going to a store for something quick or to make a return. That’s when I’ve seen it most often. Think about those parking lots that service a Marshalls/TJ Maxx or Ross, plus Walgreens and some random grocery store. Unless it’s literally your car that you see someone trying to open it’s damn near impossible to catch these mfs in the act.

The news reported that a 3 year old toddler was beaten to death yesterday. The family is currently having a balloon release in Oak Lawn. I took my teenage cousin there that she is friends with....who is a relative to the child.
No one is in custody and there are currently no suspects either.
I can't help but think that somebody (or multiple people) out here know something and is/are choosing not to say anything. The offender may very well be out here present.
