We knew they were gonna be coming for AR's and AK's asses, but not the pistols.

I mean, most handguns can accept magazines that hold more than 10 rounds. That's pretty much all of them except revolvers.

Good thing I built up a nice little collection of handguns.

As someone who's in WA, this shyt is ridiculous and I can't wait to leave but ya they just enacted a 10 round limit on everything in July

Good thing I got my holy grail guns and collection finished just in time

Besides a few joints that are just different (2011, galil), I got the best of the best and everything I could possibly want (well, there is the Barrett but I'm not really considering that). I'd rather have 5 high quality guns than 15 hi points not to mention the appreciation in value, especially when you start accumulating parts that become hard to find or discontinued

How exactly does this affect handguns? You just can't get high capacity mags anymore or just having the capability makes them outlawed?
I generally carry a 43 with 9 round shield mag. but i know there are 50 round drums out there.
I'm mainly concerned about my ability to conceal carry, my ar's and stuff is whatever.

this is the language from hr 1808

(40) The term ‘semiautomatic assault weapon’ means any of the following, regardless of country of manufacture or caliber of ammunition accepted:
(E) A semiautomatic pistol with a fixed ammunition feeding device that has the capacity to accept more than 15 rounds.

old versions used to say "having the capability" so it looks like this one's a softer ban since it targets fixed mags only (basically a ban on currently california legal top loading ar-15 sbrs whoops i'm supposed to call them "pistols" - all non top loaders will be banned anyway since they take a mag outside of the pistol grip)

so my reading is our glock 43s and the like are safe, and so are full frame pistols as long as they have neutered mags?

I have several guns but nothing super old timey fudd status. Thought about buying ban safe universally compliant type guns like a revolver just in case.

don't need to settle for a revolver, the bill's got a laundry list of normal featured modern guns that are ban exempt by name, most of them are marketed as competition/big game rifles or are otherwise rich people's playthings lol

You just can't get the mags with over 10 rounds for them. The catch is that most handguns come standard with 10+ mags so if you want to buy one, now you have to wait for one with the 10 round mags or hope the seller will keep the mags and just sell you the gun.

It took me a year each to find both of my HKs but I'd still be looking if I was limited to only being able to buy the 10 round version or hoping a seller will keep the mags (which most big box stores won't even consider cause of liability)

I agree, I go to the range 3 times a month. I can't do weekly so I just dry fire. But yea black people just don't go shooting and when they do, they don't know what's up.. granted it's a lot of white folks that don't know either.

Nothing wrong with taking a course for 150 - 350 dollars from good knowledgeable instructors

Just pulled my strap on a fool. Chillin in my car at the gas station, reading thecoli and news. For those that don't know I keep mine mounted under my dash/steering wheel when I'm driving. Sometimes it's on the passenger seat but both aren't the best places because if I hit something or get hit it'll go flying.(it already happened when I hit a deer)

Any way. All of a sudden my door opens. I've been pissed off all day. I grabbed the gun. And it was a lady bro, an old black lady. She slammed my door and was like "I'm sorry, I'm sorry! I opened the wrong door!" Her suv was parked right next to mine.

She got in hers, was talking to her passenger and dipped the fukk out.

I need a vacay.

Low-key almost (not really but it was kinda close) backed straight into my coworker's truck on the way home cause I was too heavy on the gas and not really paying attention.

Can't have the loaded strap would be flying all over the place, maybe under the pedals, every time I hit the brakes hard.

Magnet mount is too strong for swerving and slamming on the brakes (I've done that plenty of times. When I hit the deer it was the impact that made everything jerk and threw it off the mount.

I'm about to 3d print a box enclosure that the barrel can slide into that'll clip on to the magnet so the gun can't go forward.

I was on one earlier. Ready to take a ride and do a bid. After chillin drove home from work picked up my daughter and took her to a school bike riding event. She's happy. I'm good now.
