it's really easy, you just need to field strip it down to the four main parts. get a gun cleaner (clp, ballistol, hornady one shot, slip 2000, there's a bunch of them), spray it on all the surfaces and wipe with a cotton patch. spray some in the barrel and wipe it dry with the rod/jag from the kit and a piece of cotton. lightly put a thin oil like hoppe's on the springs/rails/bearing surfaces, look in the manual if these aren't obvious. reassemble and safety check, that's it.

once every few years you'll need to completely take it apart and clean it, follow this guide:

That's what i did, it's pretty easy once you get the hang of it

Its simple. Not different from anything else. Once you use the takedown lever and pull the slide out, just use your cloths, cleaners, oil and reassemble.

sorry, i know your question has already been answered several times. I just wanted to add on that the primary reason i like glocks is because they are simple to break down.
