Kind of blatant commodifying of culture. I mean the Hip hop covers was cool, but I mean come on this is just "how can we make money off of conscious black people?"

It happens everywhere all the time. It's practically it's own niche market.

The horrible part about it is the "conscious" crowd will damn near swallow any bait you put in front of them. Social media is full of this kind of shyt.

This is what happens when you have a hunger but no source for actual food. The "conscious" crowd are hummingbirds being fed nutrasweet.

This Grant Morrison GL was dope

Liam Sharp's art has nice distinct detailed style. The coloring and inking was on point too

like 90% of Morrison's work I think this would read better in trades

There are so many better free comics out there that are made by creatives at a loss and this a$$hole got 120k for garbage. This shyt wouldn't get likes on Tumblr and Deviant Art..... we consistently get reminders that the MAGA crowd is a special kind of stupid

Brehs, I haven’t held a brand new comic in my hands in MONTHS. My local Books A Million hasn’t stocked a new comic in months (But they still get trades like crazy smh) AND the only strictly comic book store in my area is having trouble gettin comics shipped to his store.
