Strangely enough, white folks are still seeing declining numbers in PG and those that are moving in are only going to certain parts such as Hyattsville, Beltsville, and College Park (not surprising). Then again, Northern PG and a few pockets of Southern PG are where you’ll even find any Cacs out here.

Them migos on the other hand are moving out here en masse for some odd reason. I guess they feel Mo County’s too full now and Northern PG is becoming too crowded for their liking

I guess it's because it's cheap. On the Low 13th Street wasn't too far from 14th street in DC but Salvadoreans never really became like Puerto Ricans and Dominicans in New York.
In fact that's the reason no one other than Puerto Ricans ever live in Black Neighboroods they don't want to be "hood" and don't want their daughters Dating Black Men.

You must live near Front Royal then. That area in Northern VA (or is that more Central VA?) is very beautiful, especially during the Fall. I remember when I was a FONZ (Friends of the National Zoo) teen volunteer, I would go down to the Zoo’s Conservation Biology Institute a couple of times back in the day. Was a nice change of scenery from the hustle and bustle of the immediate DMV area.
