Gotcha. Another spot you could check out is H Street NE. Also see if you can find anything on Florida Ave, 14th St., or North Capitol St.

And if you don’t mind setting up shop in the hood, see any possible good properties in Anacostia, Congress Heights, Benning Rd, Minnesota Ave, etc.

But your Howard friend is definitely on point, The Morgan is arguably the most weed-friendly neighborhood in the city. You can walk around that bytch day and night and you’re guaranteed to get hit with the smell :pachaha:

Ok thanks breh, this is very helpful. I’m going up there in a few weeks to check some shyt out in person. I got an agent but I get the sense that DC ain’t really her specialty and it’s Virginia, so I’m trying to help her help me by sending some locations I got in mind before I get up there.

Mainly looking for an area that dispensary friendly and with a decent amount of traffic. Whatever the hipster type or eccentric neighborhoods are that likely to have that type of vibe. As far as the hood, it just depend on how bad the area is and shyt. Security gotta be on point regardless of where you at. But just trying to get a general idea of best areas.

I do have a question about the law. If they end up getting this spot, I don’t know if im gonna make it a smoke shop/dispensary or what but that’s what I was thinking. But I read some shyt about a ban on flavored tobacco and also read some shyt about high ass tax for smoke shops that sell vape liquid or some shyt. Like a 70% tax. I tried to get clarification and got kind of confused. Like I don’t know if it’s not worth it to do a smoke shop cause of those laws with the vape shyt and the flavored tobacco

Yup neighborhoods like Adams Morgan, Brookland, Takoma, Shaw, H Street NE, Columbia Heights, Park View, Logan Circle, Mount Vernon Triangle, LeDroit Park, Ivy City, U Street, etc. fit the bill perfectly.

And those hoods I named in the previous post might give you Westside ATL vibes if you wanna use that as a risk factor indicator.

Yeah that particular ban was signed into law in DC back in July and it mainly aims at flavored cigars, menthol cigarettes, and e-cigarette.

I'd guess possibly tomorrow. Snow is going to stop but all the slush is going to become ice as it turns into night. Been watching live coverage all morning and even drivers with AWD vehicles are getting stuck
