20 years ago folks were saying the exact same line about H and U Street Corridors. Now look at it.
Here's a true blue reality check. Capitol Heights is one of the last areas inside the Beltway where you can cop a decent sized house with a nice yard for under $400k with close access to a metro station and a straight shot into downtown DC. That will not last long.

You’ll find remnants of them Cacs living here in Southern PG but most of them are pretty much living in deep Charles County, which is crazy because now even Chuck County has been getting Blacker and Blacker outside of Waldorf and Indian Head over the last 11 years.
This snow is just unnecessary at this point of the year.
SS is better to Downtown DC easily. Just ride the red line till you get to Gallery Place or Metro Center and you’re good. Wheaton is also good if you live in the spots close to the metro. You can also hop on the red line straight into DC.
