If it was a cac I would say the same thing. The man is dead and the girls were arrested convicted and sentenced. Justice was served. Anything more is punitive and pure emotional garbage.

Prison needs to be rehabilitative especially for children. There’s are literally thousands of books on psychology criminology sentencing and biologyconcerning what prison does to a human. We need actual rehabilitation and justice not slaveryesque punishment institutions that do not but ruin the lives of those inside it.

You cannot cry about the incarceration system and prisoner industrial complex being too punitive and then argue for harsh penalties because of emotional reasons.

used to live in dc and the dmv was pretty easy to get appts pre covid

go to a police station and get a temporary parking pass. They will usually write it for 14 days. I did this throughout college. They just write the dates in so if you ain’t scared you can change the dates when it make sense. Change 1’s to 7’s, 3’s to 8’s, etc.

What part of Da City you live? Most of the rats tend to be in Northwest and Northeast. Matter of fact, take a walk on Georgia Ave north of the Shaw-Howard Metro station and stroll near HU Hospital’s front grounds across the street from Jerry’s either around twilight or in the dead of night…It be a lotta rat nests in them bushes and the rats are fukking huge. But real live tho, I think the biggest rat I’ve ever seen in DC was in an alley in Adams Morgan and shyt was total roadkill.

DC, Alexandria, and Arlington can have all that bullshyt, all we gotta worry about is Metro parking during the workweek and a small handful of garage parking/street metered parking in certain areas like National Harbor, Downtown Hyattsville, or Downtown Silver Spring….Other than that tho, both parking tickets and parking enforcement are damn near nonexistent out here in Murrland

Dude I used to live by Shaw Howard metro back in the day and there was NO Rats NONE! this was back in 87-95. Area was all black no white people, cacs was further up north all the way up Georgia Ave. I moved to Oxon Hill when I was 12 or so shyt was considered a huge upgrade the suburbs at the time. I was up Howard Hospital to visit my aunt last week RIP aunt vette, sitting in the courtyard of the hospital and huge rats was everywhere in broad daylight! I’m talking about running within 5 feet of me I was scared is fk!

How is it this many rats right at the hospital grounds! Running everywhere jumping in and out the trash cans and in the bushes. This shyt wasn’t like this back in the day NASTY CACS brought them here when they took over North West.

Yep. I told this story before but I remember going to Howard China (since everyone loves HoChi) one day coming up from Howard U on GA ave. Behind the restaurant, a bunch of rats were running in the grass at night. I quickly turned around and said nope. Don't care how good their half and half is.
