Depending on your budget, you can buy a decent to nice crib in PG County, be forewarned tho we generally don’t have the best overall property value rate compared to the rest of the DMV. Rent in PG isn’t bad for the most part, it’s a lot more reasonable than DC I feel.

I think the average 1 bed in PG is like $1,400 compared to the same rental crib in DC being maybe $1,600+.

Facts breh I tried to get a few ppl’s of mine to come join me but they already got plans for that day so I’m just gonna have to hit it up dolo. I’m determined to go to my first House music fest

Good to know about Fort Reno too. Unless it’s the Zoo, I hardly ever go to the Upper Northwest side of the city lmao. I like that the Fort is a short walk from Metro too

I really don’t wanna jinx it but so far, this upcoming Saturday looks to be partly sunny and a comfortable 81 degrees

Cloak and Dagger is a nice little spot. Had never been because it wasn’t one of my usuals but me and my girl randomly went in there Friday evening around 8 and it was already popping. Drinks are way too high so drink before but it was dope atmosphere and setup.

Shiit I got robbed on muthfukking 16th street the other week. On 16th, and I'm certain it was some lil kids who live right around there, trying to play gangster. Ain't no hood nikkas camping out on 16th to rob anyone.

Looked at the police reports and robberies have gone up all around that area
