They’ve been making inroads in Suitland and Cap Heights lately. And they’re DEEP ASF in Oxon Hill now It’s still a lot of us Black folks in those towns but yeah, these migos ain’t tryna stay up in just Hyattsville or Bladensburg or Colmar Manor or Langley Park anymore.

Btw y’all, if you guys want a sample of how gorgeous DMV women are, hit up the Whole Foods in Pentagon City (just down the street from the mall) from late morning to early evening and just observe the amount of ass you’ll see in there from not just Black women but damn near all races, even the Middle Eastern women I even saw some East Asian women that would fit the description of PAAG too

The norm around here is, the closest to a Metro station or the Beltway you are, the more expensive it usually be (most of the time). Here in PG, most of the communities that are near DC are either hood or working class so you might be able to afford a crib anyway if you’re fine with living in that kinda environment. In PG hoods, nikkas generally don’t bother you unless you’re either moving funny or being a lil too nosy. Since you’re from the BX, it may come off as an upgrade in comparison (it’s actually quite a few New Yorkers down here in the DMV btw…Mostly here in Maryland or DC tho, a lot of y’all don’t really seem to fukk with NoVa like that).

Yea it sucks. They doing work in patches. shyt was inconvenient as hell for me this Summer as they decided to shut down the green line that runs thru Hyattsville from May til September

Wow, this is news to me. This is the entire hood of Landover, outside of Palmer Park. I had no ideal they were living in Kentland and on Columbia Park Rd. All this was my old stomping ground. My daughters mother grew up in this area. Most of my partners from around there are deceased now, talkin mainly about Palmer Park. That's probably why I'm not hearing any of this when I call home. Like where are all the Blacks going to live later on

PG’s Black population dipped from 63% to 59% from 2018 to now My guess is that missing 4% moved to Charles County (which helped it become the new Chocolate County of Maryland), Anne Arundel County, Calvert County, and Howard County.

That's insane. Capitol Heights Suitland and Oxon Hill is like the Blackest areas in america. 15 years ago you would never see a non Black person there. All of them are excellent candidates for gentrication and although traffiic is crazy the white folks gave it a pass and the essay's decided to plant a flag?
