Since I started doing 10K steps every day in 10/24, I walk all over SE daily, and honestly DC in general. (except North of Dupont Circle, I stay outta white people's hoods )


But I see different strip malls and streets with businesses on them, and think who's making the most money?

My guess would be

1st -The Liquor store
2nd -Amco Insurance
3rd - Popeyes


And of course whoever own that strip is making money from all those businesses

Yup, grew up in Congress Heights, Anacostia, Marshall Heights. To this day my mom still lives in SE (Fairfax village).

At my favorite Starbucks (Marion Berry and Alabama), and I've seen 4 white people. Like regular degula white people. They even got one working here!

I grew up in a house with a Cowboys fan dad and a Redskins/Commanders mom, my house used to be LIT rivalry week. I said no to both

My moms “second team” is the Steelers which is how I even liked them to begin with
