That's my life right now, we are over 1300 orders this month and we self fulfill most of them. I've been in USPS and the UPS store every day this month.

Q4 is absolute insanity. Once its over im definitely trying to find a way to just get even a quarter of this Amazon traffic to my website directly.
Gonna spend most of next year hiring experts for offsite SEO and putting up more vids on youtube. Haven’t touched it in months and getting more traffic from there than the pinterest page I had somebody running for 3 months.
Pinterest was a flop for me.

I think USPS is gonna take 5 years off my life this holiday season.
So many problems, they are massively overworked and understaffed. On one of my orders, they managed to deliver a USPS Priority package (2 weeks late) without ever scanning it at any point, the tracking still says that USPS is waiting for me to give it to them.
Everyday I go in my USPS (because they are apparently too busy to respond to my pickup requests), the lines are out the ass and they suck at handling even normal voume.

Only ran them for a day. They got great views on $20-$25 but the guy I hired from upwork to start my campaigns tomorrow said that it was a waste of money.

Couldn’t even tell you breh. I had to hire somebody to do my ads/leads for me. shyt is tough.@Silkk how much would you say TARGETED leads are worth roughly for sellers? if someone would come to you and offer you x amount of targeted leads in your niche with their ig name and email address what would you be willing to pay

Just finished taxes and my store ended up being my #1 source of income last year. Thank god for WFH. I'm slightly down YoY so far in 2021 because I had burnout from Dec/January and took a step back in February.
The USPS issues combined with order volume (we make and self-fulfill most products out of my house) almost took me out.
Hoping Q2-Q4 is much better. My goal this year is to try and come up with a second store idea as insurance in case my current niche falls off.

how to yall break down the numbers to see if a product decent to test?
