Solid team on paper, but their camp has been a disaster. Their manager didn't even quit his job with Dortmund as a scout, even though he was hired as permanent national team coach :francis:

Goalkeepers: Lawrence Ati-Zigi (St Gallen), Danlad Ibrahim (Asante Kotoko), Abdul Manaf Nurudeen (Eupen).

Defenders: Joseph Aidoo (Celta Vigo), Daniel Amartey (Leicester City), Alexander Djiku (Racing Strasbourg), Tariq Lamptey (Brighton & Hove Albion), Gideon Mensah (Auxerre), Denis Odoi (Club Bruges), Baba Rahman (Reading), Mohammed Salisu (Southampton), Alidu Seidu (Clermont).

Midfielders: Mohammed Kudus (Ajax), Daniel-Kofi Kyereh (Freiburg), Elisha Owusu (Gent), Thomas Partey (Arsenal), Salis Abdul Samed (Lens).

Forwards: Daniel Afriyie (Hearts of Oak), Andre Ayew (Al Sadd), Jordan Ayew (Crystal Palace), Osman Bukari (Red Star Belgrade), Issahaku Abdul Fatawu (Sporting Lisbon), Antoine Semenyo (Bristol City), Kamal Sowah (Club Bruges), Kamaldeen Sulemana (Rennes), Inaki Williams (Athletic Bilbao).

East Coast is 5am, 8am, 11am, 2pm
West Coast is 2am, 5am, 8am, 11am

The Fox schedule is inaccurate and hasn't been updated. They are not showing any group stage matches on FOX during the weekends for the group stage, they'll all be on FS1.

Knew I’d get burnt somehow, I swear every damn website has something inaccurate about either start times or broadcast

The ironic part is that these viral posts claiming they are paid/staged fans, that arethe actual propaganda :heh:

Majority of Indians in Qatar are from Kerala where they are heavy fans of the big international teams:

Just google Kerala and the World Cup and you'll dozens of images like this back in their home region:

These ain’t labourers breh, like 70 percent of population is Indian including white collar workers ( engineers, tech workers, sales etc). The guys in the video have disposable income and are long term residents. But I agree that people will perceive it differently because they aren’t familiar with the region or country.

In any case, foreign fans haven’t arrived yet because games haven’t started. By next week, you’ll see plenty of people from countries in the tournament there.
