Honestly, no easier or preferred opponent in the final. I’m just amazed at how people are already writing us off against PSG.

I loathe Arteta and his dikk riders with a passion but that 0-1 loss wasn’t completely his fault. We had our best CB out, Partey out, all our strikers injured and Merino had to drop to midfield.

Bar a very tight disallowed goal, a 0-1 loss was respectable. It could’ve been way worse. Now Arsenal have no excuse but to play fearlessly because our season will be defined by this game.

I’d be less confident if we went into the 2nd leg defending a 1 goal lead.

Ehhh not really. I follow Serie A very well and to say they gave up the league is a wild take.

They only had a 3pt lead over Napoli going into week 33 and had a much tougher schedule than Napoli (Bologna, Roma, Lazio, Como). They were always going to drop points and the title was going down to the final day.

They lost away to Bologna at the final kick of the game on an amazing overhead kick from Orsolini. Lost 1-0 at home to a Roma team that hadn’t lost a league match in 18 games.

Coppa Italia SF was against Milan. A Milan side that’s already beaten them once in the Supercoppa and once in the league. Inter has not won a single game against Milan this season.

Gonna get a lot of hot takes about Inter from folks who don't watch Serie A. if anything Barça is lucky Inter had those mental dips in the two legs cause going 2-0 up in both the way they did has been textbook Inter. Those surrenderings in the two legs are out of the norm. They were the better team over both legs.
