Plus there are milliions at stake for final league position and we are 16th heading for 17th. Amorim's league perf is costing money directly and indirectly.

I don't think so. I think its the standard clause that bumps all the contracts down 25% when not in CL and up 25% in CL. It applies to pretty much all the players.
